Besides being a Feng Shui Expert, I also wear the hat of a certified Art Teacher. Having worked in the school system and now providing feng shui consultations for teachers inside their classrooms, I understand the stresses that take place within these facilities. Bottom line, there needs to be a new approach in how to manage classrooms, reduce stress and anxiety for children and adults. 

In this video, hundreds of primary school children in Berkshire have had meditation classes introduced into their timetables. As Nikki Mitchell reports, the 'mindfulness' teaching aims to help them manage their own behavior and anxieties, and improve their concentration. 

This could be beneficial for teachers as well and everyone else who helps cultivate the nurturing of our future generations.
