This Feng Shui service is specifically designed to provide Feng Shui guidance before selling, buying, or renting real estate. Virtual or in-person Real Estate Feng Shui evaluations are available. Process, fees, what’s included, and how to schedule is listed below.

Review of facing direction
Review of ideal surroundings for optimal energy flow
Highlighting key Feng Shui pros and cons of the location before selling, buying, or renting
If selling, Laura provides you with key Feng Shui recommendations to attract ideal buyers.
Each evaluation is accompanied by a 45-minute follow-up phone call or ZOOM call to share the findings and answer questions.

How To Prepare:
Please provide the address and floor plan of the location being evaluated.
If able to, research the history of the location up for consideration. Who occupied the location? For how long? Why did they leave? Etc.
Evaluations conducted virtually require photos or a walk-through video of the interior and exterior surroundings. Or provide Laura with a website address that offers these requested visuals.

FULL payment is due prior to your Long Distance or on-site Feng Shui Real Estate Evaluation. No Exceptions.
Base travel fees are included for certain regions of New York and California. Please contact Laura for more details.
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card, Check, Cash, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Please note, the fees referenced on FengShuiManhatta.com is the same if paying with cash, check or credit card. For those processing payment with PayPal or any other payment method that requires merchant fees, the additional merchant fee is communicated with you prior to sending an invoice.
From the date of purchase, you have one year to redeem. After that, if you wish to reschedule, a new purchase of your Feng Shui Real Estate Evaluation is required.
