Feng Shui Consultations with Laura Cerrano - The Benefits of Personalized Feng Shui Notes
The main focus for this article is to discuss the benefits of receiving detailed feng shui notes. I bring this up only because when I first speak with potential clients, this is a common topic they have questions about before moving forward.
So, let’s delve deeper….
When I first began providing Feng Shui consultations in 1997, notes were usually recorded by the client, let that be handwritten or with a voice recorder. However, I found many clients would miss out on key information or at times, misinterpret what was being said. Observing this, I decided to create the option for clients to either “INCLUDE notes” or “NOT include notes” when signing up for an onsite or virtual Feng Shui consultation.
Since providing that option, at least 90% of my clients have decided to opt in for receiving notes and have shared they find great benefit from it. The notes I provide are designed to pinpoint specifics feng shui recommendations for each client; ranging from mundane to transcendental cures. The notes include colorful diagrams (Bagua Map, Compass Map, floor plan / furniture layout renderings and images of the areas being highlighted for changes as needed), bullet pointed step by step feng shui recommendations, visual examples of the recommended changes, links to stores where clients could buy certain feng shui cures and items if need be, along with anything else that is needed and unique for each client’s session.
The sample of notes you see above is 37 pages long.
Are all notes this long? No. Some may be shorter, say around 6 - 17 pages or even a tad longer, say about 50 pages. The length of the notes all depend on the size of the home or office and amount of information being delivered to each client.
Each packet of notes is sent as a PDF form, however, if clients wish to have them printed and binded, that option is available by request for an additional fee.
Or, the client could print and bind the received feng shui notes themselves (such as with what you see in the above image).
Either way, there is overwhelming positive feedback with clients who choose to receive notes and participate in implementing the changes. With excitement, clients often share the notes are extremely helpful, valuable and provide great assistance in guiding them through the recommended feng shui changes. During the various stages of transformations, clients would notice some changes happen faster than others, and during those in-between moments of more gradual processing, their memory would become a bit faded with what changes to do. However, since they chose to receive the feng shui notes, it was not an issue. When ready to continue, they simply review the notes and proceed accordingly.
These types of notes may not be for everyone, and that is perfectly fine. I always say to new clients, if you can record your own notes and still retain the information being shared on the day of your feng shui consultation, perfect! If not, no worries, as you could always opt in for receiving notes and make the decision on the day of your actual session.
