Additional Travel Fee Policy for in-person Feng Shui

Ronkonkoma, NY, Hamptons, NY, Montauk, NY, Greenport, NY, Shelter Island, NY, Bronx, Westchester, Staten Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and beyond require an additional travel fee. Laura will provide a specific quote for each client.

Same Day onsite Cancellation Fee for healing services rendered by laura cerrano policy
If Laura Cerrano arrives in your neighborhood or at your location and you cancel the service on the same day, cancelation fees range between $50 - $150, plus any additional cost for travel time, expenses and accommodations, if that was required.

Clients who invest in a "Mini In-Person Feng Shui Consultation " "In-Person Medium to Large Home Feng Shui Consultation session" "Full Business Feng Shui Consultation session," or the "Virtual Mini Feng Shui Consultation or Full Virtual Feng Shui Consultation" allowed Quick Feng Shui Follow-Ups via text and email. We understand the great importance of continuous guidance when needed.

Review of a lengthy list of questions that will require significant time to review and respond to (let that be by email, text messaging, or with any other remote method of communication.

In regard to questions like these, an additional fee is issued to accommodate the extra time needed for Laura to properly review and adequately answer the questions. For this, Laura will initiate the use of the Feng Shui Support Call Center and Accountability Coaching.
Payment for this service is non-refundable once the service has been completed.
30-min ZOOM Follow UP
30 - Min Zoom Follow-up: you have one year to redeem. The ZOOM follow up is designed to answer questions for the agreed upon location and for the annual flying star year for when you received your Feng Shui Consultation. The 30-min ZOOM session cannot be used to analyze another building or to receive next years annual flying star updates.
Reiki Healing Session Policy and Travel Fee Policy
Travel fees to conduct in-person house and/or office visits are required. The fee covers travel time, expenses, and prep time to set up a room within your space for clients to receive reiki healing treatments.
Prepayment is required to confirm your scheduled Reiki Treatment Session, whether in-person or remote.
Reiki Healing Sessions in New York are held at the main office located in Farmingdale Village, NY. The exact location is shared once prepayment has been received. If in California, Laura can travel to your location or provide a distance Reiki healing session.
Covid-19 safety: masks are strongly recommended to be worn at all times during your in-person Reiki session.
Your Reiki treatment is a personal and unique experience, and we do not recommend bringing guests to your private healing session, especially unannounced on the day of your in-person session. Doing so, can alter the energy state and reduce the efficiency of a confidential healing environment. If a friend or family member needs to be present due to medical reasons that require assistance in helping you in and out of the office, or travel assistance in getting you to the appointment on time, please advise Laura ahead of time and recommended arrangements for where they can wait will be provided.
If you are a no-show on the day of your reiki healing session and do not inform Laura of any changed plans (let that be if you are traveling to her office location or if she is traveling to your location), Laura reserves the right to retain the full fee and you will need to schedule a new session with a new payment. By making a payment on this website (FengShuiManhattan.com) or with any other method of payment that is in relation to this service through the company Feng Shui Manhattan, Inc or Feng Shui Long Island Inc, you are also agreeing to this payment policy.
From the date of purchase, you have one year to redeem. After that, if you wish to reschedule, a new purchase of your Reiki Healing Session is required.

Out-of-Town Feng Shui Consultation Policy:
Feng Shui Manhattan, Inc (also known as Feng Shui Long Island, Inc) will travel to your home or business. Arrangements must be booked in advance. Out-of-town consultations require a deposit. Airfare and hotel accommodations are paid for by the client, in addition to an out-of-town day rate. Fees are $1,000 per day plus expenses and taxes. If additional holistic healing services are needed, extra fees will apply.

If you PAY IN FULL and cancel after Step 1 (pre-onsite consultation interview phone call) has been completed, the remaining payments after that will be refunded and Feng Shui Manhattan, Inc - Feng Shui Long Island, Inc reserves the right to keep the $100 deposit because the consultation process has already begun with the one-hour interview phone call. The remaining payments after that will be refunded, minus any merchant fees required for processing your payment, as long as no other service has been provided.

Full payment is required before your Feng Shui Virtual Consultation process begins.
If you cancel the Virtual Feng Shui Consultation after STEP 1 has been completed, Feng Shui Manhattan, Inc - Feng Shui Long Island, Inc reserves the right to keep $100 (plus any merchant fees and international exchange rate fees) because the consultation process has already begun with the pre-phone call interview and/or email exchanges providing directions on how to prepare for the session.
When redeeming your 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour ZOOM call with Laura, that ZOOM call is specifically reserved for the original location that has been submitted for your virtual mini or full feng shui consultation. You cannot utilize the ZOOM call to review a brand-new location or request New Year updates. If the new location is being requested for review, you’ll need to purchase a new mini or full virtual Feng Shui Consultation.

Feng Shui consultations THAT COME WITH A 15-minute or 30-minute VIRTUAL Zoom follow up
From the date of your Feng Shui Consultation purchase, you’ll have 1-year to redeem the 30-min zoom (virtual) follow up. The ZOOM follow up is designed to answer questions for the agreed upon location that received a Feng Shui Consultation. This ZOOM is designed to help answer questions and refine the Feng Shui suggestions provided on the day of your Feng Shui consultation. The 30-min ZOOM session cannot be used to analyze another building, and it cannot be used to receive Feng Shui Lunar New Year updates beyond the year your original session was scheduled as this takes time to review and offer new Feng Shui guidance. If requesting any of these Feng Shui services (review of a new building or receiving Feng Shui Lunar New Year updates), a new purchase for those Feng Shui services is required.
Feng Shui Manhattan Accountability Coaching and Support
Full payment is required before Laura Cerrano of Feng Shui Manattan, Inc - Feng Shui Long Island, Inc speaks with you over the phone.
This particular service is reserved at a rate of $80.00 for 30-minutes. Prepayment is required before proceeding with the live phone call. If you choose not to use the full half-hour (30 minutes) there are no refunds.

Feng Shui Long Island, Inc - Feng Shui Manhattan prices are subject to change without notice regarding the prices for On-site/Long Distance Consultations, Space Clearings, Real Estate Development Services, The Feng Shui Support Call Center and Gift Certificates. Any price change will be communicated to you before scheduling a new Feng Shui consulting session. Your continued use of Feng Shui Long Island, Inc - Feng Shui Manhattan On-site/Long Distance Consultations, Space Clearings, Real Estate Development Services, Feng Shui Support Call Center Services, and/or purchase of Feng Shui Gift Certificates after the communication of such price changes to you constitutes an acceptance of such new prices.
Refund Policy for consultations - certification classes - workshops - reiki - dowsing
If a client made a purchase for a Feng Shui consultation/healing service, holistic healing dowsing service, reiki healing service, workshop, and/or the Feng Shui Manhattan School Certification program through FengShuiManhattan.com and/or PayPal and requests a refund, they will only receive partial payment. This is because the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases, banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees. If clients make a payment through Venmo, a full refund can be issued (if they did not choose to pay for business service). Before any refund is granted, the request is reviewed to make sure the request is within the agreed-upon terms.
Feng Shui Manhattan School Payment Policy
A deposit of $595.00 is required to reserve your seat for the Feng Shui Manhattan School Certification Program.
The Remaining Balance for the Feng Shui Manhattan School Certification Program is paid through installments of $375 for eight months in 2025. Credit Card charges are processed on the first of each month listed: January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, April 1st, May 1st, June 1st, July 1st, and Sept 1st. A Credit Card Authorization Form is emailed to each student ready to sign up for the program and move forward with payment. This form allows the monthly installments to be processed.
If a refund is needed for the deposit prior to the actual school year beginning, that can be provided minus any merchant fees required for processing your payment.
Feng Shui Manhattan School Code of Conduct and Requirements
When I certify students, I stand behind that certification as this becomes an extension of my mother’s legacy (Feng Shui Master Carole Provenzale), my reputation, the schools reputation, and even more so, the reputation of the Feng Shui community. Just because you sign up for the program, does not guarantee you a Feng Shui Certification. Students need to attend all 16 classes (with the exception of 3 allowed absences), pass the midterm exam and final exam, and present at least one professional Feng Shui case study project at the end of the school year to demonstrate their knowledge, practice, and professionalism within the art and science of Feng Shui. To receive a Feng Shui Certification is to say to yourself, clients, and colleagues, that you have put in the proper time, focus, commitment, and preparation to confidently and responsibly deliver professional Feng Shui Consultations of your own. And as an added bonus you are self-initiating the opportunity for personal and professional growth emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally.
This is an 8-month program with a mixture of in-person (when safe to meet) and zoom classes that meet on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), once a month on preselected dates (16 classes all together). It’s understood life situations come up. With that noted, students are allowed up to 3 absences. If a student misses a fourth class, they’ll automatically be dropped from the course. All payments received up to the date of departure are non-refundable and the student will not receive their Feng Shui Certification Certificate.
The 8-month Feng Shui Manhattan School Certification Program for 2025 class dates is preselected in advance. It’s the responsibility of the students to review the class schedule and plan accordingly.
Students who are absent from class, are allowed either a 1-hour phone call OR a Zoom call to review key questions and materials from the class missed. It’s the responsibility of the student to self-study what they missed and they have the option of connecting with classmates to catch up as well. As a class we do review material from previous teachings, yet to really gain the full benefit, it’s best for students to attend each class in their entirety.
Naturally, if dangerous inclement weather occurs for any in-person classes, a rescheduling of class dates will be put into effect or adjusted to a virtual platform.
Arriving on time and leaving class when it has officially ended is important (let that be in-person or virtually). If a student chooses to arrive late or leave class early on more than three occasions, they will NOT receive their Feng Shui Certification and there are no payment refunds up to the date of the 4th occasion.
If you feel you cannot agree to the Feng Shui Manhattan School Payment Policy and Feng Shui Manhattan School Code of Conduct and Requirements, respectfully, perhaps this Feng Shui Certification Program is not for you.
