Simple Feng Shui Changes Create Major Positive Transformations!

With permission from my Los Angeles Feng Shui client, he said I could share his before and after photos. At a glance, there seems to be a lot going on. As we worked together, step-by-step we began to dissect the main cause for this physical arrangement of objects and furniture. 

The most obvious change that needed to happen was to declutter.  The next major observation had to deal with the wide, tall, dark colored armoire. The design of the armoire in regard to the size of his apartment made the overall room feel and look smaller than it really was. A few months back we discussed the possibility of releasing it and respectfully, he was not ready.  In August, I checked in with him to see has had been progressing.  He shared his career, income, and recognition for his writing still felt 'stagnant.' 

One Other Feng Shui Observations to Mention Is:

• The location of his armoire (where he would do creative writing/thinking) put him in an 'un commanding position.'

So what happened after he agreed to at least test out the suggested Feng Shui changes and become more open and receptive? Let's find out!

The three images you see above capture the Feng Shui changes implemented inside his apartment. Pretty much everything remained the same, with the releasing various smaller items he did not used. The biggest physical change came from letting the armoire go and investing in a different styled desk that sat lower and was lighter in wood stain.  Did he spend a lot? No way. He found the new desk on craigslist for $40. In fact, he made money by selling the armoire and various other smaller appliances and items he no longer needed. 

This simple physical change created major positive transformations. It allowed the overall environment to 'breathe' and put him in a commanding position when writing. As a bonus, he also has a view of the outside vs staring inside the armoire. 

It's also important to note, the fact that he agreed to release the armoire demonstrated he was becoming more flexible and open to change. This is essential when a person is evolving and growing. 

What about that Scarface poster? Yes, it's not the most ideal image to have in his home, though to a certain degree it does somewhat align with his career. The poster is a 'placeholder' for now until he finds something that is a better representation of his own work in the film industry. 

Now that we see the physical changes in his apartment, how does that translate into literal changes within his life?

Once my client chose to agree with himself to test out the Feng Shui changes, commit to those changes and psychically implement them, he:

• Received two new jobs that doubled his income 
• Received a HUGE honor and recognition for a short-form pilot he created which is to be shown at a major film festival in New York City this October
• Received news that he is advancing into a well known and respected directors program to help improve his career oppurtunities

Keep in mind, as he was making all these changes to his home, he was simultaneously working on his 'Inner Feng Shui' by changing his mindset and attitude to be more present.

Let’s delve a little deeper into the art and science of Feng Shui through the eyes of Sacred Geometry. The diagrams you see above represent the Western Ba-gua Map (on the left) and a superimposed Ba-gua Map over a floor plan (on the right). Each area on the map represents a major life section that becomes a metaphor of life cycles, experiences, conscious, and subconscious connections in a person's life. On a more practical level, these life section associate with an accent color, an element, form or shape. 

A few of the main foundations when implementing Feng Shui is to establish a balance of Yin and Yang, the 5 elements, and an overall fluid movement through and around the interior and exterior of your home. From a Feng Shui perspective this could be accomplished by implementing Tangible and Transcendental changes.

Tangible Changes Could Include:

• Furniture selection & arrangements

• Color and artwork selection

• Shapes, forms & textures

• Taking action (changing behaviors and mindsets)

Transcendental Changes (working with the ‘unseen’) Could Include:

• The power of Intentions and prayer

• The use of crystals

• Opening and balancing Chakras

• Astrology

• Geomancy (land frequencies)

• Implementing and adjusting the Five Elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water) into your home and self

Whether you choose to use the flying stars, 9-star ki, the Western Ba-gua map or the Lu-Pan (Compass), as to name a few possible options, the intention is the same. Which is to tap into the source energy called, the Torus Field (Toroidal Flow). "Science is now seeing that everything moves through this form in one way or another, including ourselves. The torus is a self organizing system that all comes together at a space of unity and expands all around itself until it returns back to that original space in the center and will continue to do it again." Physicists say, when all elemental particles are balanced, energy flows without any interruption and change can happen.

I invite you to take that perspective and keep it in your mind as your are Feng Shui-ing your home. You are purposely choosing to create a literal change in energetic frequency so it becomes balanced and flows with the least amount of interruption. The diagram to the left and below help illustrate this visual. 

As you balance the various life sections (meridians) throughout your home step-by-step, you are simultaneously rebalancing the Torus Fields, which extends to the wholeness of your living environment.

In turn, that change in energetic frequency expands to your personal Torus Field, and vice versa, influencing you and cultivating a healthier and stronger point of attraction for positive change as needed.
