DRUM CIRCLE (CANCELED)

Due to pending weather, forecasted gusty winds that could reach 20-30mph, and below-average temps for the season.

Join Long Island NY Drum Circle Facilitator Laura Cerrano at the Floral Park Library for a Drum Circle/Sound Healing gathering outside on the library’s lawn! As a group, we’ll co-create healing rhythms through deep listening and improvisational music-making. All are welcome!

Drums and other percussion will be provided, however, if you have your own instrument (drum of choice, flute, guitar, cello, voice, homemade instrument, etc.) please bring them!! And for any fellow drummers who have extra drums and would like to share, please do.

FYI, if it rains, the library has reserved a program room for drummers to gather and still play.

Walk-ins are welcome too! The registration helps the library know how many chairs to set up on the day of. If you do not register, we strongly recommend bringing your own chair.
