Join us for an evening of Reiki Healing and Drumming. The session begins with group reiki healing, gentle guided meditation and soft vocal toning of Baja mantras (seed sounds) to help rebalance and harmonize your charkas and auric fields. To conclude the session, as a group we’ll reinvigorate our spirits through the power of rhythmic drumming. No experience is needed for Reiki or Drumming - all you need is an open mind and heart. All instruments will be provided (various drums and percussions). This evening is facilitated by Laura Cerrano, Certified Feng Shui Usui Reiki Master and Todd Rogers, Certified Music Improvisation Facilitator, Music for People founders of the Connected Drum Circle.
