Reiki offers a gentle method of healing that can be beneficial to humans, pets and even your home. In this introductory free reiki healing workshop, Certified Usui Reiki Master Laura Cerrano will guide you through a brief history, simple exercises in how to sensitize your energy, paired with easy, yet powerful techniques on how to be open and receptive in receiving universal reiki healing energy. Laura will also share how you could utilize other tools to assist and enhance the flow of energy when receiving reiki, especially if you are new to the practice.

Participants will learn how to become present and move through life with more ease and less anxiety, while embracing stability and establishing a stronger link to their intuition. This allows their entire auric bodies (energy bodies) to be more complete and whole, thus helping each participant to thrive on a healthier frequency of well-being.

To conclude the workshop, Laura will provide a group reiki healing meditation.
