In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore the power of rhythm to release stress, spark joy, and create connection—both within and around you. Whether you're a seasoned percussionist or have never touched a drum, this circle is for everyone!
We’ll blend guided improvisation, simple movement, and group rhythm-making using hand drums and small percussion instruments (all provided). You’ll learn to express yourself through rhythm, tap into your body’s natural beat, and experience the magic of moving and creating sound as one collective pulse.
Drumming is a powerful way to connect, regulate the nervous system, and awaken your playful side—no technique required, just your presence.
