This is a special workshop at the Roslyn Salt Cave that combines drumming and sound healing in their communal salt cave.
Join us for a soul-soothing musical experience through the power of drumming within the serene sanctuary of the Roslyn Salt Cave. Drumming is proven to reduce stress, provide an outlet for positive self-expression, and improve mental well-being and social engagement. During this session, participants will also have the opportunity to integrate sound healing instruments with drumming for a unique, immersive, and rhythmic experience.
All drums, small percussion, and sound healing instruments are provided. No prior drumming experience is needed.
