Together we will use our spontaneous creativity to create a convergence of rhythmic joy. Drumming together breaks down boundaries and the experience is FUN, UPLIFTING, LIBERATING & ENERGIZING. In community, we connect and engage our spirit with the Greater Spirit. You do not have to be a "musician" or "drummer" to attend and no prior musical experience is necessary. The circle will be lightly facilitated in such a way to guide the experience into greater depths. All instruments welcome! We will have an array of hand drums and other percussion instruments available, or you can bring your own. Please feel free to share this invite….and hope to see you there!

A session description below, but first a couple of important points:
The building is not open and the Zendo is officially closed, so someone must come down from the 11th floor to open the doors for you. We are asking that everyone please arrive by 6:45 so that we can let you in without interrupting the session. If you arrive after 6:45 you may have to wait a while to gain entry. BEST TO RSVP SO WE KNOW TO KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR YOU.
