This Service is Ideal For:

WHAT’S INCLUDED & THE PROCESS:
STEP ONE:
Receive a 1 Hour Discussion of Your Goals and Challenges:
Before meeting in person, Laura conducts an in-depth phone call with you to discuss vital information about your specific goals and challenges.
STEP TWO:
Receive a 2-Hour walkthrough of Your Home
Experience a two-hour walk-through of your space with Laura to receive customized Feng Shui suggestions. Recommendations are a blend of traditional and modern-day Feng Shui approaches. Suggestions include:
compass/BTB Feng Shui reading
landscape analysis and adjustments
five elements/yin-yang rebalancing
kua number enhancements
optimal furniture arrangement
ideal color choices and artwork selection
support with reorganization, as needed
overall best feng shui suggestions for your home and self
suggestions for where you could purchase Feng Shui cures, as needed
STEP THREE:
Receive a Bagua Map Rendering:
After Laura’s visit with you, she'll email you a clean rendering of your Bagua Map superimposed over your entire location’s floor plan.
STEP FOUR:
Receive Quick Remote Follow-up Support:
30-minute zoom follow-up with Laura
Receive quick feng shui follow-up support through text messages and email. This service helps clients navigate their personal Feng Shui changes with ease, confidence, and of course, support. Click on Follow Up Consultation Support Policy for details.

Request a Personalized Packet of PDF Notes for $200
You can request a personalized PDF packet of notes that re-cap ALL the feng shui recommendations prescribed to you by Laura. Your detailed set of notes will include customized diagrams for each room’s furniture layout and suggestions as needed, colored photos, a list of step-by-step Feng Shui recommendations, and any additional insights as needed. Notes are emailed to you within a week.

Please note if paying directly through the FengShuiManhattan.com website, credit card fees are included. For those processing payment with PayPal or any other payment method that requires merchant fees, the additional merchant fee is communicated with you prior to sending an invoice.
We do offer discounted rates if paying with Venmo, Zelle or Cash.
Cash payment is only excepted when paying the remaining balance on the day of the session.

$100 deposit is required to book your session.
The Feng Shui Consultation deposit is refundable before Laura conducts the interview call with you. If you speak with Laura and then cancel, the deposit is non-refundable because Laura has already reserved one hour of her time speaking with you.
From the date of purchase you have one year to redeem your session. If you do not redeem within that one-year period and wish to schedule a new session, a new deposit for a Feng Shui Consultation is required.
Travel time and expenses are already included unless otherwise stated. If you request your consultation to be separated into two different days or more, please be advised additional travel fees are required. Please contact Laura for more details and a customized quote.
If additional Feng Shui consulting time is requested beyond the 2-hour session on the same day, the fees are as follows: third hour and beyond $100/hr
30-Min Zoom Follow-up: you have one year to redeem. The ZOOM follow up is designed to answer questions for the agreed upon location that received a Feng Shui Consultation. The 30-min ZOOM session cannot be used to analyze another building.
Same Day Cancellation Fee: if Laura Cerrano arrives in your neighborhood or at your location and you cancel the session on the same day, cancelation fees range between $50 - $150, plus any additional cost for travel time, expenses and accommodations, if that was required.
