Space Clearing is the act of clearing away predecessor energy left behind by previous occupants, let that be from a previous homeowner, renter, or employee. By space-clearing the energy of your home, office, land, and building, and re-blessing it, you refresh and renew positive vital life force energy. The positive shift in energy is felt on all four levels; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

One Hour In-person Space Clearing and Blessing Includes:
1. BTB techniques Feng Shui clearing of your home using ceremonial white sage.
2. BTB Land Blessing
3. Red Envelopes exchange and intention writing exercise.
If more time is needed for your in-person space clearing and land blessing beyond the first hour due to the size of your home, business, and/or land plot, an hourly rate of $80 per hour is issued.

From the date of purchase, you have one year to redeem. After that, if you wish to reschedule, a new purchase of your Feng Shui Space Clearing and Blessing is required.
If you have more than one location requested to have a space clearing and blessing, additional travel fees apply. Please contact Laura for more details and a customized quote.

Covid-19 safety: If sick, please inform Laura prior to the consultation so your session can be rescheduled.
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card, Check, Cash, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Please note, the fees referenced on FengShuiManhatta.com is the same if paying with cash, check or credit card. For those processing payment with PayPal or any other payment method that requires merchant fees, the additional merchant fee is communicated with you prior to sending an invoice.
Same Day Cancellation Fee: if Laura Cerrano arrives in your neighborhood or at your location and you cancel the session on the same day, cancelation fees could range between $50 - $150, plus any additional cost for travel time, expenses and accommodations, if that was required. The designated fee depends on the distance Laura Cerrano traveled.
