Quick Overview of Service:
This in-person Feng Shui Consulting service is ideal for clients who live in a studio apartment OR work in a small office space that is between 300 - 500 sq ft. If you live in a larger apartment or home and only want 1 - 3 rooms reviewed, this service can accommodate that request as well. Process, fees, what’s included, and how to schedule is listed below. STEP ONE:
Receive a 1-Hour Discussion of Your Goals and Challenges:
Before meeting in person, Laura will conduct a one-hour in-depth phone call with you to discuss vital information about your specific goals and challenges. The information you share is confidential.
STEP TWO:
Receive a 1-Hour Walkthrough of Your Location:
Experience a one-hour walk-through of your space with Laura to receive customized Feng Shui suggestions. Recommendations are a blend of traditional and modern-day Feng Shui approaches. Suggestions include:
compass/BTB Feng Shui reading
five elements/yinyang rebalancing
kua number enhancements
optimal furniture arrangement
ideal color choices and artwork selection
support with reorganizing as needed
best practical and transcendental feng shui suggestions
suggestions on where to purchase feng shui cures, as needed
STEP THREE:
Receive a Bagua Map Rendering:
After Laura’s visit with you, she'll email you a clean rendering of your Bagua Map superimposed over your entire location’s floor plan.
STEP FOUR:
Receive Remote Quick Follow-up Support:
(1) Follow-up 15-minute Zoom call within one year from the date you meet with Laura.

Request a Personalized Packet of PDF Notes for $100
You can request a personalized PDF packet of notes that re-cap ALL the feng shui recommendations prescribed to you by Laura. Your detailed set of notes will include customized diagrams for each room as needed, colored photos, a list of step-by-step Feng Shui recommendations, and any additional insights as needed. Notes are emailed to you within a week.

FINE PRINT:
Extra on-site Feng Shui consulting time: For locations that have multiple levels, large square footage, large land plots, and/or request a Space Clearing and Blessing, additional time will be required beyond the already provided one-hour session. If a second hour is needed, the fee is $200 for the second hour. If any additional time is needed after that on the same day, the fee is $100 per hour.
15-Min Zoom Follow-up Policy: From the date of your Feng Shui Consultation purchase, you’ll have 1-year to redeem the 30-min zoom (virtual) follow up. The ZOOM follow up is designed to answer questions for the agreed upon location that received a Feng Shui Consultation. This ZOOM is designed to help answer questions and refine the Feng Shui suggestions provided on the day of your Feng Shui consultation. The 15-min ZOOM session cannot be used to analyze another building, and it cannot be used to receive Feng Shui Lunar New Year updates beyond the year your original session was scheduled as this takes time to review and offer new Feng Shui guidance. If requesting any of these Feng Shui services (review of a new building or receiving Feng Shui Lunar New Year updates), a new purchase for those Feng Shui services is required.
Your Feng Shui Consultation deposit is refundable before the interview call is completed. After that, the deposit is non-refundable because Laura has already reserved 45-mins to one hour of her time speaking with you.
From the date of your full purchase or deposit, you have one year to redeem. If you do not redeem within that one-year period and wish to reschedule, a new full purchase or deposit of your Feng Shui Consultation is required.
Request for a printed hard copy of your PDF set of notes requires an extra fee for this additional service. Please contact Laura for details.
Travel time and expenses are already included unless otherwise stated. If you request your consultation to be separated into two different days or more, please be advised additional travel fees are required. Please contact Laura for more details and a customized quote.
Covid-19 safety: If sick, please inform Laura prior to the consultation so your session can be rescheduled.
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card, Check, Cash, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Please note, the fees referenced on FengShuiManhatta.com is the same if paying with cash, check or credit card. For those processing payment with PayPal or any other payment method that requires merchant fees, the additional merchant fee is communicated with you prior to sending an invoice.
