This Feng Shui service is specifically designed to provide Feng Shui guidance before selling, buying, or renting real estate. Virtual or in-person Real Estate Feng Shui evaluations are available. Process, fees, what’s included, and how to schedule are listed below.

Review of facing direction and the Bagua chart
Review of ideal surroundings for optimal energy flow
Virtual Feng Shui Evaluation Request: includes a 45-minute phone call or ZOOM call to discuss the Feng Shui pros and cons of the space, paired with sharing specific Feng Shui recommendations on how to better the energy of the location before selling, buying, or renting

How To Prepare:
Please provide the address and floor plan of the location being evaluated
If able to, research the history of the location up for consideration. Who occupied the location? For how long? Why did they leave? Etc
Evaluations conducted virtually require photos or a walk-through video of the interior and exterior surroundings. Or provide Laura with a website address that offers these requested visuals
For virtual Feng Shui evaluations, we need a compass reading from the facing direction of the building and an indication of those directions on the floor plan. Laura can provide instructions on how to do this if booking a virtual review.

Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card, ApplePay, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo.
If paying with credit card or another 3rd party payment platform that requires merchant fees, those fees will be calculated into the final total and communicated with you.
Cash payment is accepted for on-site Feng Shui consultations when paying the remaining balance if extra time was needed to conduct the onsite Feng Shui Real Estate evaluations.

FULL payment is due prior to your Long Distance or on-site Feng Shui Real Estate Evaluation.
Base travel fees are included for certain regions of New York and California. Please contact Laura for more details.
From the date of purchase, you have one year to redeem. After that, if you wish to schedule a new session, a new Feng Shui real estate evaluation purchase is required.
Fees start as posted above for a small space: home/apartment/business. If the location has multiple levels and large square footage, a customized fee quote will be provided. Please contact Laura for more details.
For in-person sessions, if you have more than one location on the same day or different days you would like Laura to review, please contact her for customized rates.
Same Day Cancellation Fee: if Laura Cerrano arrives in your neighborhood or at your location and you cancel the session on the same day, cancelation fees range between $50 - $150, plus any additional cost for travel time, expenses and accommodations, if that was required.
Same Day Feng Shui Real Estate virutal or onsite reviews include a rushed service fee of $95
If you have 3 or more locations being requested for review, discounts can be provided for bulk reviews.
