Sound Healing with Laura Cerrano
Laura Cerrano is a Certified Sound Healer, Feng Shui Reiki Master, musician and educator based out of New York City and Long Island, NY. She provides private sound healing sessions for individuals and group gatherings. Laura’s sound healing services are commonly requested for HR corporate programing, healing facilities, universities, schools, museums, women’s groups, cancer retreats and state park educational events.
Laura’s introduction to the healing arts began at age 12 alongside her mother and Feng Shui master/mentor, Carole Provenzale where they established Feng Shui Manhattan, Inc. in 1997. In 2011, Laura experienced her first Drum Circle which inspired her to attend West African Drum Classes for a few years with Richie Guerriero in NY. Laura became a certified sound healer in 2018 through CATA NYC, training with Katie Down, Peter Blum, Joseph Schmidlin, and Michael Jay. After graduating, Laura began facilitating traditional and interactive sound healing events for public and private venues.
Laura is a Certified Rhythm2Recovery facilitator who provides engaging group rhythmic musical activities to support social and emotional development. She’s also studied with the the International non-profit Music for People® facilitator and leadership program where she has integrated social musical improvisation techniques into her drum circles and sound healing events to support the health and well-being of those in attendance. Laura provides sound healing services for private and public gatherings.

Strength for Life - NY (non-profit): Enlisted Laura’s healing services back in 2011 to provide a healing program for cancer patients and survivors during their weekend wellness retreat (which happens 4x a year). Ever since, Laura has provided healing programs for each retreat, adjusting the topic and experience in accordance with those attending. Over the years Laura has introduced a diversity of healing modalities that range from Feng Shui, Reiki, Art Therapy healing techniques, and drum circles.

Sound Healing is an ancient practice that offers healing through the power of healing vibrational sound for individuals and groups. Clients enjoy a rich tapestry of sounds from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, gentle rhythmic drumming, tuning forks, and various other soothing instruments. Sound healing provides a unique and immersive experience that can help release tension and stress, allowing those experiencing it to feel more balanced, harmonious and at peace.
Group Sound Healng Services:
This service is great for private home gatherings, public or corporate HR wellness programs. For those with a gathering of 7 people, Laura can accommodate that group size at her office located in the Village of Farmingdale, NY. If you have a larger group or prefer to host the sound healing bath at your home or a specific venue, Laura can travel to your location.

Fee Policy: This fee is guaranteed to Laura whether all 3 people attend or not because this still covers her time to facilitate the sound healing session, travel time/expenses, setup/break down time and providing all the sound healing equipment.
Payment Policy: $100 deposit is required to confirm the session. Remaining balance is due on the day of.

Answer: It depends on the location Laura is traveling to, time of day (traffic/travel time), parking fees/tolls (if needed), accommodation fees (if needed), etc. However, we can say additional travel fees start at $25 and up.

Answer: Its best to choose a room that provides a quiet environment.

Question: How should we set up a room for a group Sound Healing event?
Answer: Providing chairs and/or space for people to lay along the floor comfortably is ideal.
We also encourage participants to have a yoga mat or light blanket if laying along the floor, a light blanket to cover their bodies, eye covering, and pillow for their head and legs if laying along the floor for better back support.

Answer: We do in the form of you choosing between two different sound healing kits for your event.
Full Sound Healing Kit
Includes all the instruments: 30-inch gong, crystal and metal singing bowls, shruti box, handpan, hanging chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, frame drum, rattles and various smaller percussions. All these instruments require car and cart transportation, which means this sound healing kit is reserved at full price.
Small Sound Healing Kit
These are travel sized instruments that conveniently fit into one or two bags. These instruments typically include: a rain stick, singing bowl, ocean drum, chimes, rattles and another small melodic instrument. Because the amount of instruments packed is greatly reduced, this allows us to offer the session at a discounted rate.
