This service is reserved only for clients who have already completed a Feng Shui consultation for their home or business with Laura Cerrano and are requesting an Annual Feng Shui Lunar New Year Review Consultation of their location. Process, fees, what’s included, and how to schedule is listed below. Please be sure to read the entire page, including the ‘fine print’ section.
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH YOUR FENG SHUI ANNUAL NEW YEAR REVIEW CONSULTATION:
In-person OR Remote ZOOM review of your home or buisness’s entire natal chart to adjust the annual Flying Star Feng Shui Cures
Reset of your intentions and focuses for the new year
Choose between a small space OR medium-large space review:
Small Space (between 300 - 500 sq ft). Time needed to review: 1-hour (in-person or remote)
Medium - Large Space (single-level home between 600 - 1,300 sq ft OR 1 - 3 bedroom apartment). Time needed to review: 1.5 hours (in-person or remote)

FINE PRINT:
Base travel fees for in-person feng shui check-ups are included for certain regions of New York and California. Please contact Laura for more details.
If more time is needed beyond a 1-hour in-person visit, a reduced hourly rate of $80 per hour is issued for the same day.
(OPTIONAL): Request a Personalized Packet of PDF Notes for $50
You can request a personalized PDF packet of notes that re-cap ALL the feng shui recommendations prescribed to you by Laura from the day of your Feng Shui re-check or prior to your remote session taking place
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card, Check, Cash, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Please note, the fees referenced on FengShuiManhatta.com is the same if paying with cash, check or credit card. For those processing payment with PayPal or any other payment method that requires merchant fees, the additional merchant fee is communicated with you prior to sending an invoice.
From the date of purchase, you have one year to redeem. After that, if you wish to reschedule, a new purchase of your In-person Feng Shui Recheck is required.
