Feng Shui Tip: Keep Your Actual Door Clear Of Clutter

Laura Cerrano

Many times you will hear or read about keeping the pathway to your front door clear of clutter.

Yes! This is true and please continue to keep all pathways clear of clutter. Keeping that in mind, lets take this feng shui principle to the next level. Besides keeping the floor clear of clutter, you also want to keep your actual doors clear of clutter. This meaning, you do not want to weigh down your door visually and energetically with extra stuff hanging from it (front or back).

This is especially important for your front door, which is called the "mouth of chi." This door and really all doors, relate to communication.  It's important that they open and close with ease.
